Why won’t Google links work?

If you're experiencing difficulties accessing Google links on the Oneday platform it could be due to several factors. Here are some common reasons and troubleshooting steps:

• Mismatched Google Accounts: Ensure that you're using the same Google account that you used to sign up for the Oneday platform.
  • Create a new account if you don’t have a Google account with the email you signed up with. You can create a Google account with a non-Gmail email. 
• Permission Settings: Some Google links, may have specific permission settings that restrict access to authorized users only. If you encounter an error message indicating insufficient permissions, reach out to the student support team.
• Clear Cache and Cookies: Temporary files and cookies stored in your web browser's cache may sometimes interfere with the proper functioning of Google links. Try clearing your browser's cache and cookies, then attempt to access the link again to see if the issue is resolved.
