Guidance for founders who are:
- Pivoting and resetting their direction
- Facing extenuating circumstances that shifted their pace
- At a stage with their business that is not yet aligned with the current stage of the programme
- 🟢 Note: You won’t be penalised for submitting work in progress — the goal is to show progress and engagement.
Class 4:
🎥 Deliverable (max 20-min video):
Show what experiments you’ve been able to run, even if they’re still lightweight or indirect.
- What experiments have you been running? Even if they aren't geared towards traction yet or demand validation as you are still working on a problem space... These can be risky assumption tests like press release tests, landing page comprehension tests, reaching out to customers for interviews and the channels you are using.
- If you haven't had the time to run experiments, then talk about what you want to find out and how you would go about testing those assumptions and your planned approach to reaching customers (channels, hangouts, touchpoints).
- How have you been demonstrating that you know how to conduct lean experiments? (setting success metrics, duration, analysing results, and making a decision)
- What did you learn?
📎 Upload:
- Your own simple slide deck (include remaining risky assumptions, planned tests and how to reach target customers) and Vidyard recording link pasted in last slide.
