What happens if I submit an assignment or assessment late?

Assignments: Missing assignments by sprint 6 of the Class will receive a zero grade.

Assessments: Late assessments will receive a grade penalty of 2% per 24-hour period that the assessment remains outstanding.

Cohort managers will receive a level of discretion on whether to apply the penalty. If the submission is made soon after the deadline, and the founder has a good record of submission, then no penalty should be applied. If the founder has routinely missed assignment submissions and/or has a record of missing previous assessment deadlines then the penalty will immediately apply.
