When is my next mentor session?

Your one-to-one (1:1) mentor sessions are scheduled directly between you and your mentor. Oneday does not set the date or time of these sessions.

How often and how long
Mentor sessions take place weekly and last 30 minutes.

Scheduling, rescheduling and cancelling
Once you are matched, you and your mentor are connected and can contact each other directly. If either of you needs to reschedule or cancel a session, please agree on a new time with each other. 

Please give your mentor as much notice as possible.

If you have not received an invitation
If you have not received an invitation for your next session, contact your mentor directly to arrange one. If you cannot reach your mentor, contact your Cohort Manager.

Are mentor sessions graded?
No. Mentor sessions do not carry marks. They are there to support your progress through each class and assessment.
