1. You submit FAFSA and include William Jewell College using school code 002524.
2. William Jewell generally receives the FAFSA information within approximately 3–5 business days.
3. William Jewell Student Financial Services reviews your record and determines individual eligibility.
4. Once your aid is packaged, you are notified and can review your financial aid in Jewell Self-Service.
5. You accept or reduce the loan amount you want to use.
6. You complete the required Master Promissory Note and Loan Entrance Counseling.
7. Once all requirements are satisfied and the appropriate disbursement date is reached, eligible aid can be applied to your student account.
Jewell tracks financial aid progress and outstanding requirements and communicates needed action steps to Oneday.
