Financial aid generally disburses approximately 1–2 weeks after the cohort begins. If that creates an eligible credit balance, the refund process happens after disbursement.
Disbursement and refund issuance are separate steps, so we cannot use the financial aid disbursement date as the date your refund was mailed.
