Every Sprint week in the Oneday MBA looks broadly the same: watch the masterclass, attend your squad session, work on your assignment, and meet your mentor for your 121.
The MBA runs across 76 Sprint weeks in total, made up of 12 Classes of 6 Sprints each.
Here is what each part of a Sprint week involves.
Watch the masterclass and work through the additional materials
Each masterclass is a 20 to 30 minute overview of the key concepts for that Sprint. Masterclasses are a mandatory part of the program.
Each Sprint also has additional materials to work through alongside the masterclass.
Attend your squad session
Squads are small groups of founders at the same stage of the program. Your squad session is where you discuss the ideas from the masterclass and apply them to your own business.
Squad sessions are run by a Class Lead, a practicing entrepreneur with experience of that particular stage of the curriculum.
Squad sessions are scheduled on Monday and Tuesday early evenings, depending on your time zone. You are invited to your weekly squad sessions during Week Zero.
Complete your assignments and assessments
Assignments and assessments are the practical tasks you complete as you work through each Sprint. Each one is designed to progress your idea, and each provides credit towards your MBA.
Meet your mentor for your 121
Your mentor 121 is a weekly 30 minute catch up to reflect, align and move forward. You are matched with your 121 mentor during Week Zero.
