My reviewer can't open my video link

When you submit a video, the person reviewing it has to be able to open it without signing in or requesting access. If your link asks for permission, shows "You need access", or doesn't play, the sharing setting is usually the cause.

The setting you need: anyone with the link can view the video. 

Google Drive

1. Open Google Drive and find your video file.
2. Right-click the file and select Share.
3. Under General access, change Restricted to Anyone with the link.
4. Make sure the role next to it says Viewer.
5. Click Copy link, then Done.
6. Paste the copied link into your submission, or send it to your cohort manager over email.

If your video shows "Processing" or won't play, wait a few minutes and try again, since large files take time.

Vidyard

1. Open your video in Vidyard and go to its sharing settings. 
2. Set the video's visibility so anyone with the link can watch it. 
3. Copy the share link and paste it into your submission, or send it to your cohort manager over email.
